Rob at Eurasian REALLY took care of us! We came for a second opinion after being given a large scale, and completely unexpected, work order from our local dealership. He showed us personally what needed to be fixed, and he showed us the repair needed so we could make an informed decision about our car. I have been taking my MB and my Acura to Eurasian for two years. I can honestly say this is the best auto repair service I have ever had. The communication is amazing. They have always been more than fair and most importantly I trust them. They recently sent me to a dealer armed with information that allowed me to get some warranty work done that was initially denied by the dealer. That is how honest they are and how you earn a life long customer. I really appreciate Rob, John and the entire team.
I've had several issues with my Audi A4. I've taken it to several shops in the area and haven't received the level of service I would expect from a reputable auto repair facility. I continued to encounter similar problems that was previously epaired\, and recently had my car towed to Eurasian Auto Repair. Robert was extremely helpful and professional ! He called several times to give me status updates on my vehicle and provided HONEST expert advice. I highly recommend!
Really good people providing excellent service. I don't get to say that about most customer service experiences I have these days, but these folks are consistently good. We have been taking our cars to Eurasian for service for several years and I'll continue to do so for years to come. Keep up the great work...
The staff were such nice people. There establishments charged me a great rate for the total price overall compared to other ac shops around San Antonio that charge to much. If anyone Is looking to get your A/C fixed in your car don’t hesitate and contact this establishment Asap!!
