I picked up my new used travel trailer on 09/18/2021 and I can't praise the service department enough. Troy was assigned the job of giving me a walk thru on my unit. I am not new to ring, but this was the newest one with the most tech I have had. Troy took his time presenting the utmost respect to me. He let me take all the time I needed to understand operation of the rv. Took care of the only issue I had and did something I have never had happen at a dealer....they had me do a brake check to ensure I had the correct biasing for my brake controller. Thank you Troy for your time and patience with me.

Called in as I had a few questions, spoke with a Michael, and was all of a sudden transferred to a voicemail mid-question (during my very first question)... This occurred while I was still in the middle of speaking.... I called back and spoke with a manager Cody.. Extremely rude people and this location clearly does not want any more business. Going to purchase my new RV from a dealership that actually values their customers. Unbelievable...
