I called to make an appointment before hand to make sure I could get the full treatment I’ve been reading about on reviews. When I arrived for my appointment Evan was happy to assist. We sat and discussed what I was looking for. He asked all the right questions and for my questions he had all the right answers. We took a scan of my foot and he had me walk over a small padded path. This was so cool because he showed me what my virtual foot looks like and explained all the needs a shoe should give me. Not to mention he sent me a copy of my virtual foot threw email. Evan brought me 3 pars of shoes and was very patient as I had a ton of questions. He also brought me some insoles to help with my foot. I can not express enough how great Evan helped me and made my first visit something I will share with everyone possible. I will be returning for future purchases. Ty Evan! Hope to see ya at the Dam 09.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here! They helped analyze and fit my feet for new running shoes. They were not overly pushy or salesy which I also enjoyed. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back to get new shoes when I hit mileage on my current shoes. I have recommended them to all of my friends seeking new shoes.

The products provided helped me recover from my plantar fasciitis I was dealing with for a few months. Kat took care of me on my visit there and she provided me the best customer service I’ve had in years. She was very knowledgeable in how to identify the type of shoe to wear, and extremely patient through out the process. She answered all of my questions and assured I felt comfortable with the shoe she thought would be a best fit for me based off of my foot scan. I plan to go back to get more shoes based off of my first experience there. Thanks Kat!

Awesome experience here. They took the time to talk me through everything from the size and gait analysis, listened to my concerns, and brought out several great recommendations. They even let me jog outside briefly in each pair to really get a feel for them. In the end, I found an awesome pair but they didn’t sell a color I liked at the store. The gentleman helping me took the time to pull up the ASICS website and show me where to find the correct pair there, even though that meant the store missing out on a sale. Did not feel rushed or pressured at all throughout the visit. I will definitely be coming back for my next pair!!
