Nathaniel was my first technician and was great. Prompt, courteous and quickly sprayed the application. I requested a second follow up due to all the rain recently and Hawk gladly came out and reapplied. Mark was my second technician and he too was very courteous and even looked out for my pups who decided they wanted to investigate. Very appreciative.

This place is a scam. I never signed contract, yet they keep coming and billing me. I received a text stating they were coming out to spray again and I called to let them know my husband in hospital and I no longer have the house. All my stuff in storage. They said it didn't matter and I need letter stating I don't rent there anymore or change of address. My ex landlord isn't going to do that. A report on BBB stated that when they provided address change, they showed up to New address instead of canceling contract. I asked to speak to manager and the man named Jared said he was in charge. Only person over him was owner and owner does not speak to customers. I am friends with my old neighbors and they called to let me know that Hawx showed up to my old address and bullied new people who live there. They had 3 vehicles show up and lady was telling them she was new there and did not want there service. They refused to leave property. They continued to talk ugly to her after she told them to leave or she would call police. They said they knew their rights and used the "f"word and other obscenities. They were taking pictures of her vehicles and license plates. They parked across street and wouldn't leave premise for almost an hour. They then still sent ME a bill for going out to a house I don't live at via email. These people are crazy. There is no way to get ahold of owner. They are bullies. Do NOT use them. Google them under BBB and you will find many complaints. Stay away from HAWX pest control!!! Photos below to show they refused to leave premises and sent extra people over after new tenants asked them to leave. All this because someone came to my door last year and sprayed once for mosquitoes for a special price. They kept my credit card info and keep billing.
I just switched to Hawx and so far I have been very impressed. Matthew did a great job setting up the service and scheduling my first visit. Mark did a great job communicating his arrival and walked the yard with me to discuss troubled areas. Everyone has been very friendly and professional. The whole process was easy.
I initially had just signed with another company when Kolten happen to come by and tell me about Hawx. He wasn’t pushy, he answered all my questions and concerns. I gave them a shot and happy I did! Great first time experience with Hawx . I especially loved that the Technician, Nathaniel was on time; asked about my concerns; and promptly went to work. He was polite, and took the time to explain what he would be doing today. I am very pleased that our choice in contracting with Hawx to handle our pest control needs went so well.
I have had Hawx for about 1 year now and I am very pleased with their services. I've had the pleasure of having the tech by the name of Jacob service my home. Every time he has come out I love how he's always very thorough. He answers all the questions that I have. I love that he says he treats his clients homes as he would his own. So that is how I know he is treating my home well. I would most definitely refer family and friends to Hawx if ever looking for pest control. I think they are awesome and I am for sure extending my services with them when the time comes.
Great service, very attentive! The technician who came out (Sean M) was super friendly and very thorough! People like Sean are the reason I stick with businesses. If I were HAWX I'd figure out a way to ensure you can hold onto this employee, as far as the customer is concerned he's the face of the company and he's absolutely the lit.
Hawx is a great company over all. The technician Jacob was very professional and respectful of my property. He went above a beyond by honoring my request of leaving me sticky pad so I can put it in my garage. Thank you very much Jacob!
Nathaniel was fantastic - very friendly and professional! I was so happy to hear that he is going to be our regular service provider every 2 months. As a woman with a small child, I’m very conscious of the vibe that men bring to the front door when I’m home alone, and I feel completely comfortable with him.
