Matias and his H&M Real Estate Service team are genuinely great people. They patiently walked me through the entire process of studying the market, identifying opportunities, and finally renting and managing an investment property. Even when my first renter gave me problems they were able to handle the situation smoothly such that all parties were satisfied. They understand the San Antonio market better than anyone, they are very responsive and I trust them completely. I feel very fortunate to have found these guys and look forward to working with them much more in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Matias is great! He's always available on short notice to tour new listings in hot neighborhoods that go quick. He helped me negotiate an offer on my house where I got it under asking and helped me prepare a budget for the renovations that the house would need. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and always shows up with a smile. I've recommended him to all my friends and will continue to do so- as well as use him myself! Thanks Matias!
Matias was great helping me find a house. He is not pushy and wants to find the house that is the right fit for you. He brings a storehouse of knowledge on neighborhoods, repair / remodel costs, financing options, etc. and alerts you to possible pitfalls you might overlook. He has numerous contacts for inspection, plumbing or whatever else you might need before AND after the closing. A very positive experience for me.
Matias and his crew are absolutely amazing. They are available on short notice and we trust them completely. They've fixed up our rental properties, painted our home, helped us with finding real estate. It's really great to have a real estate agent who also knows construction -- Matias can give us incite on foundation, how much it would cost to renovate, whether a home has been well built and maintained...I would highly recommend them.

The service provided by H&M was excellent. I never felt we were being pressured to buy a property, and they had the patience to show us as many properties as we wanted. Working with H&M was easy, pleasant and it made the process of buying a property a non-stressful experience.
