I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff from Home Instead. One of our main care givers, Jenny, was so impressive with the way she could assess my parent's needs and adjust the way she responded to them in a sensitive manner. She never made my family feel like she was there to take over their home, but rather to just assist when it was necessary. Jenny had a very delicate balance of doing her job without my family feeling like she was in the way. She was sweet, delightful, and put so much forethought into what issues might arise in the future. She cared about our safety and it was evident by her follow through. I am so grateful to Home Instead for being there for us in our time of a family emergency. I know who we will call again in the future if we need them!
