I Love the new Management and staff. In the snow storm there was one maintenance person that was knocking on our doors to make sure we were okay. The maintenance team is much better. Happy that things are getting fixed right away now and the correct way. Office staff is very helpful and caring when I call.

I have lived at this apartment complex for 11 1/2 years and have been through changes in the office and maintenance staff several times and the staff they have now are by far the best I've seen. They are very friendly and helpful and especially during this time of the pandemic it is so greatly appreciated.

Wonderful place to call home! Unfortunately you can’t please everyone, I myself am happy to call myself a resident of Iron Horse Valley. The office personnel is great, caring and fast working and the complex itself is fantastic, clean beautiful pools, and laundry facilities very conveniently located and fully functioning. Honestly what else could you ask for?

I've been here 2 years the staff is always super helpful Work orders always get done within reasonable amount of time and I love how the complex even gives a follow up/ courtesy call to ensure things were fixed/serviced Overall one of the best places I've lived
