Good fabric/dept, reasonable selection of other areas. Store is lightly staffed so there's not often not anyone to help with questions. Prices are high but there are coupons sent out and in-store specials.

One of the larger stores in town, great customer service. Helpful staff and on-site management. Very clean and they are regularly sanitizing carts and other customer areas.

This store needs to teach their employee Maddie some manners. She approached me at the fabric counter where I was waiting for the lady in front of me to get done and said to me you need to social distance I told her that I was more than six feet from the lady and that I was probably ten feet. She said ok and walked away. This is the second time that this young lady said something to me. This is why stores get these reviews because the managers don’t train employees to respect customers.She was even rude at the checkout when asking for the military ID by saying to my wife “ who has the ID” before she give military discount. Want social distancing then your check counters are not six feet should of told Maddie that since she was so worried about it at the fabric table. Will go to New Braunfels now Because they treat there customers with respect.

My favorite place to spend money! They are always coming up with discounts somehow to get the things I always want for a lower price. Their colors and types fabrics have really expanded over the years for the better. I now have difficulty choosing between some bolts now and I really enjoy the variety.
