Steven (Sales) is very professional and explained the entire system with confidence of the product he's promoting. He broke down pros and cons of different systems as well as difference between other local water softener companies. I have to say kinetico product is high in price and am hoping that it'll serve my home well through the years. Install is quick and proficient--Erik (tech).... Again, the professionalism is outstanding more especially recognizable to me being an Army Veteran. After 24 hours of install the system is flowing smoothly and is already obviously noticeable of the change from hard to soft water.
We love our Kinetico systems. We are on well water, with a rating of *77*, and we never have to worry about it. A few bags of salt, clean the washable filter, and we are golden. The drinking water system is equally incredible - we have saved tons of money (and recycling); clean excellent tasting water comes right from the fountain. We cannot recommend them highly enough. If you live in San Antonio, do not waste your time or money on other water softener companies - Kinetico is the best, hands down.
Worth every dollar!! Family of five here at home and we are all satisfied with the system we had installed. We have all noticed a big difference in the water quality. Our salesman Art and David the installer were both very informative, courteous and professional. Thank you Art and David and thank you Kinetico.
I couldn’t live without it! Kinetico system is effortless. My family is the beneficiary of soft skin, great hair. I love not buying chemicals to remove the hard water buildup on everything from our clothes, faucets and shower doors to the dishwasher. Our friends love our water as it tastes better than their bottled water!
