We had a wonderful, safe, relaxed experience while waiting to vote on Nov. 03 on Tuesday. While we were waiting in line to vote, a female security guard did a great job making sure we maintained our distancing, and made sure we moved ahead properly maintaining a safe, relaxed environment. We really appreciated the positive and pleasant experience.

I went today to this library on a Sunday to go and do my early vote, and good thing I did, there was no line or voters just the volunteers working, I was in and out in no time.
Went to vote. About 20 peeps in front of me, still in and out under 30 mins. Staff super nice and very friendly. Everyone used hand sanitizer, masks and social distancing. No reason not to vote in person!
Voteing was easy and fast didn't have to wait that long it was perfect considering that im desable loved it
Our visit came after we were given erroneous information at the central library about a Halloween event which was held a day earlier. Our initial experience here was good and probably would've been given a 5 had we not arrived so late. We were a little hesitant due to the vagrants loitering in the parking lot and the cemetery across the street. We saw the staff helping people use the printer and find different things. They were friendlier than the lady with red hair/\manager\ at the Collins Garden branch. We'll be back to follow up and see if they're customer service holds up to this review.
