The team at L'Orenta worked to resolve the problem seamlessly, quickly, and professionally. They never once made me feel like I did anything wrong. It was a truly pleasant and wonderful experience. First time customer I was truly surprised and impressed with the way they package my peppermint covered almonds. They added ice pack and bubble wrappers and paper. With that my almonds arrived PERFECTLY Not one was cracked nor smashed. Not one single crumbles when I finish the bags!! I am about to go otder another 2 pounds..sad and addictive. First of all the stroopwaffles are the best that you will find. We recently received a Valentines Day bundle set that included the espresso beans, stroopwaffels, peanuts, Valentine’s chocolate gems and peach rings. All were so delicious and exactly the flavor I would expect. This is by far my go to snack and candy source with a European twist. Excellent quality and reliable Customer service is rare to find, and L’Orenta does it best!

I bought my wife a surprise gift from L'Orenta and both her and I were blown away by the delicious goods and luxury packaging as well as the attention to detail, from the gift wrapping to the personalized letter it was all perfect! The dark chocolate almonds and chocolate rocks were my wife's favorite! I would definitely recommend anyone that enjoys great products and experience to purchase from L'Orenta!
