We had to have our couch deep cleaned as my cat used it to pee on. Master's Touch Steam Cleaning had the best price out of 4 different companies I looked into. When I was ready to schedule, they offered to come out that same day. What a difference it made. No more cat pee smell. Very polite and professional. Would recommend.

I was happy with the professionalism and how well he did the cleaning. My dog had an accident in our bedroom and he was able to get the stain out. Our carpets look great again.
Mark was exceptional, went straight to work, answers all questions, courteous and hard working. We would definitely suggest this company to all our friends. Unfortunately we called mainly to take care of a small pet odor area brought on by an Amazon box which we resume a pet in the area peed on. We chose Master's Touch because they showed on their website they use UV Detector units and sensors to locate the pet odor area. Mark advised us that is an old advertisement and they no longer use that method, perhaps it should be removed from the web site. Although Mark and the office advised us there was no guarantee it would remove the odor and although he used extra care on that small area the odor is back and worse than ever.
The technician came and did a great job. Friendly, clean did a great job. Job was done just as described. Would recommend.
Mark came in and was professional, diligent, and got the job done. We asked him to clean about 80 chairs and I couldn't believe how fast and how clean everything came out. I will definitely use Master's Touch again!
