VERY awesome and personal customer service. I purchased an item at a local event back in November and then picked it up from their store in December. They actually remembered me and had my item beautifully gift wrapped and ready to go. These ladies were VERY informative at the event I attended and also very friendly and informative when I picked the item up from their store. Although we have not used it yet, they do provide cleaning and storage for your furs. There are many choices for this type of purchase but Morris Kaye & Sons strive when it comes to customer service and personal attention. Keep it up and you will have my business forever!
