Customer Service needs improvement Go to Music Go Round instead. The tall bushy bearded man could learn manners. Look at your customers. Know how to talk with people not at them. A person that is 20 yrs-old and a person that is 60 yer-old listen and talk differently. So learn to greet people with a smile and be politely personable. Thank goodness for Music Go Round. They have customer took the time and care for us.

I ordered an instrument and all the supplies my daughter needed over three weeks ago to be delivered to her school. She still has no instrument and they are about to charge me for a 2nd month. This is by far the most unprofessional bunch I have ever dealt with. However the store made it right and got her the instrument.

Love this place!!!! Very kind and helpful staff and good quality instruments. I bought a violin for my daughter a few months ago and it still sounds great. It's not worn out so its long lasting and 5 rent for the first month. From then its 24.88 but its worth it. When I was renting it, a very kind employer helped me rent it out. I am definitely coming back here. Whether you're buying or renting an instrument. I recommend you come here!

I have been waiting for a credit for an incorrect charge for about a month. Everytime I call, I am told it is being processed. Amazing how quickly they can take your money, but it is near impossible to get it back. I finally received my credit. Only three weeks after I was supposed to have it the third time.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure what I needed and they helped me find everything my son needed for his instrument. It was an excellent visit.
