I have worked with several third party companies and payroll services and this is by far the worst. Our company has had one problem after another. A payroll was processed and their company failed to fund. All of our employees were not paid on time. When I asked if they would wire the funds to those employees, I was told that they do not have the ability to do that (even though it was their mistake). The best they could do was have everyone paid on Monday. Some our employees had bills due and needed the money today. Our internal staff called and spoke with each employee and handled the matter. Currently we are having an issue with year end reporting. All I keep hearing is how much they cannot help.
