I had never shopped here before and I have to say some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. The girl in the front Bianca was pretty busy with other customers and the phones ringing off the hook, running back and forth and she still managed to keep her composure and help everyone including myself with a ton of product knowledge and being able to get the items I needed. I will definitely be coming back for more of my fixtures in the future. Great job Bianca keep up the good work!

First time buyer looking for a stand alone Grid wall for my pop up booth. Searched online but not satisfied with prices or shipping costs. Walked into ND and found exactly what I was looking for, new, with legs and hooks at a price that was much cheaper than the used ones online. Bianca met me with a smile. She printed a quote, I purchased, and was loaded up and gone in less than 20 minutes. Great customer service and I would definitely recommend ND for anyone looking for fixtures. Thanks Bianca.

I have to agree with the other negative reviews. The person working is not welcoming or friendly whatsoever. They didn't have anything in stock, and they're not even willing to honor the price on an item physically posted in their store.
