If I could give Zero stars I would. Office staff is a complete joke! Let’s not talk about maintenance that takes MONTHS to come out!!! And I mean MONTHS. Trust me, your apartment will Not look like the model in any way, and they do not care. No hot water, oh well, no heat, oh well: manager has an excuse for EVERYTHING. This place don’t deserve to even have “Stone Oak” in the name. They belong on the south side with the ghetto management! Do yourself a favor and stay clear and do not think twice.

Lived here for 3 years, maintenance is a joke and take several months to come fix a simple thing. If you call the office goodluck getting anything done with these people. After moving out in September it is now almost January and i am still attempting to get my deposit back. Ive called several times and each time they say their manager isn’t in. The apartments itself are nice and thats the only reason for me staying here for so long. However the dog park is full of dog waste nobody picks up after themselves, the dog spa is a joke its dirty and broken, maintenance and the people in the office are a joke.

My experience touring this place was great. The staff was very informative, friendly, and organized and the prices for what was being offered was very enticing. The property was clean and quiet, and the apt I viewed was very nice. I ended up not leasing here since I found a floorplan that fit my needs better but it was a tough decision between Overlook and the apt I chose.
