Contract was not explained properly, I get charged for custom logo mats that do not get delivered every week, management is very unresponsive and it takes multiple phone calls from my end to get anyone to call me back. Not to mention when I finally was able to speak with Assistant General Manager and explain my concerns to the point I was ready to cancel, he didn't seem the least bothered that his team was providing poor customer service and was ready to just send me cancellation fees without offering to fix the issues. After finally emailing a written concern for deficiencies in their service guarantee, I still have not heard anything back. They also forged signatures on a neighboring shop's invoices when they tried to cancel because he did not agree with the invoices being sent. I would NEVER sign a contract with them again and I DO NOT recommend using them at all.

BEWARE!!!!!! Worst customer service I have ever had. They don’t even deserve one star. Would NOT recommend to anyone. After signing the contract they instantly (3 weeks later) went up on their price and would not let me cancel. The contract covers them but does not cover you or your business. DO NOT SIGN! Product was not delivered as stated in contract. Half the time they would not deliver logo mat, other mats I had serviced, or rags stating “our washer was down” or when I did receive they were still wet and smelt old, however would not credit me the difference. Over charged me on three different occasions and had to jump through hoops to get my credit back. Would call and know one would ever get back to me. After I was over charged for the 4th time I requested invoices, they then sent me invoices that they falsified and forged A signature on. Never in two years of service from them have they ever requested a signature at delivery. Save your self the trouble and from having to get your lawyer involved, find a different Company! BEWARE!! DONT NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE! Worst service I have ever received!!!!!
