The wait time is horrible but the ice cream is amazing! We went during a weekend night and there were only two men employees servicing the counter,making the orders, cleaning the dine in area and tending to the customers. They did it all with no bad attitude or anything of that sort even though I’m sure they were overwhelmed. Some tables have games to ply but being that we’re dealing with a pandemic,that might not be something many want to do just yet. We had a cookies and cream,churro , and vanilla with chocolate and caramel. A mango Agua Fresca was purchased as well as a corn in a cup.

You’ll see when you get here that you’ll have to wait in line, and it’s usually out the door. However it’s worth the wait. Ice cream is amazing and some neat decor to look at inside!! Fun place
First and foremost I love Rolling Reys ice cream but today 1/21/2021 it was horrible . So my family and I order banana split signature rolls and cheese cake signature roll and two nachos. The ice cream was amazing but the nacho it was like one pump of cheese and I saw that and requested for more. So in total it was three Pump. So I decline the second nachos. I requested if he could switch the nacho to a corn in the cup. If I was a picky person I would have requested to my refund because my corn in a cup had no kind Mayo, the cheese was a little , and the corn was warmed up in the microwave. If these thing don’t change. I hate to say it but they will loss a customer.
Best experience ever! Customer service is top notch! My server was so kind and fun, he offered suggestions (as it was my first time) and patiently explained the menu to me. His masterpiece was delicious and a work of Art! Just take a look!
