What can I say about SAC? Lovely campus. Mostly competent professors. Decent grounds. Moderate curriculum. As a former, and soon to be returning student, walking these grounds at 8:45 at night, on our country's 224th birthday, was a treat that I'll retell over and over again.
My Daughter just graduated from high school and plan to attend the Alamo colleges. I wanted her to have everything in place so that she could schedule her classes and be ready to attend in the fall. NO one from the school could provided any no direction, no guidance through the registration process. When calling for assistance we were transferred to 5 different people and my daughter still was unable to get the appropriate assistance. They are so unorganized, the 2 Counselors I encountered were very rude. My kid was lucky to have support and guidance though this process, but many don’t, and I can see how people give up and don’t attend college.
I'm currently a Mortuary Science student at SAC in my 3rd semester. Great, helpful staff that help you succeed!
