My wife has been seeing Anthony Washington on and off for about five years. She says nothing but good things about him and he has definitely helped her with her mental health conditions. He even made time for her in his schedule when she was ready to discontinue counseling for a while, and then when she wanted to resume, and the office staff said his schedule was full, he found a time to meet with her weekly. My wife feels completely comfortable with him and he includes her in the treatment plan and counseling process. Whatever is happening in her life, she always feels better after her counseling session with Anthony.

Very nice staff. Try to get appointments set up way ahead of time as it fills up fast. I have not had any issues here and the person I bring here loves the counselor.

We have only had one appointment so far, however it was a pleasant experience , I liked there was not a lot of people in the waiting room, the receptionist was kind and looked up the new insurance to make sure she was covered, I still paid cause we were unsure, however they refunded me the next day, my 11 year old seemed to really click with her counselor, and in my therapy experience that is extremely important.

I am so sad because I actually like the counselor, but I cant deal with the office staff....Im not far enough in my healing! At first they harrassed me for my 15 co-payment, then when I called back the girl hung up on me, so I called back. Never got a call and still cant get my receipts for insurance. Sigh...sucks when you're actually trying to help yourself and you got roadblocks like these office staff lames....really sucks. Counselor gets 5 stars tho!

Good luck, the receptionist suck!! Scheduled an appointment for my son almost a month ago just to find out four days before the said appointment date that he actually never had one scheduled for that day. I was upset and the receptionist was trying to set an appointment for another three weeks from now and when I told her that wouldn’t do she hung up on me!
