I work at San Antonio Limo because I like being a part of San Antonio's transportation history. The president of our company was there for the mayor of San Antonio when he was asked to assist in writing limo rules and regulations for our fair city. We are not only the first, but also the largest limo company in town. We are known for our wide variety of exotic cars, limos and buses. We can cover any size event. From just a few friends to hundreds of conveneers!
If I could give 0 stars I would!! They are so rude and unprofessional! The limo my husband rented showed up on time but the carpet was DIRTY, the driver was RUDE to me and my sis, the limo broke down and we were stuck sitting for 20 mins or so while our food got cold. I tried to call to report it but the owner was rude, refused to give me his name, said we had the “wrong company” . I will never rent from them again it definitely wasn’t worth the money and with their attitudes and lack of respect I can’t see how they are still in business! Renting a cab or Uber would of been money better spent for the treatment we received!
Very difficult to deal with and very rude on the phone. I canceled the trip before ever begin.
I really liked the service given and the person named John that helped me with this special reservation.
