I called 08-05-20 to arrange for an arborist to diagnose my Red Oak. The receptionist said: \a visit for an estimate will cost 150 tax.\ I declined and called Davey Tree and found an oak wilt certified arborist who was knowledgeable and generous with his time and expert advice at no cost. Bartlett Tree Experts were also willing to send an arborist at no cost, only it would take a week to schedule him.

Just had service yesterday and they were amazing!! The quote was exactly the price I received prior to the work. The crew was friendly, hardworking, and professional. Everyone of them was working no standing around. They did an amazing job stumping my trees and cleaned up everything. Would recommend them to anyone.

We had their arborist come out to our home to check out our trees and get a price for trimming the oaks. We received a written proposal and we agreed to the price we were given. On the day they were scheduled to perform their service, we received a call from the arborist saying the crew would not perform the services agreed to for the price we agreed to. They wanted to come out and redo their bid. We told them if they weren't going to live up to their bid don't show up. The owner got upset with me asking why are you so wound up about this? I am obviously upset because we agreed to a price and now they are trying to change the terms after they show up. Classic Bait and Switch! Bad business. Do not use
