Working at SwRI has given me unparalleled access to experts in my field along with interesting and challenging projects. I have had opportunities to work on state of the art space instruments and space engineering using cutting-edge devices. I highly recommend working here if you are looking for technical growth.

Great institute that kept our Town on the map of having one of the best institutes in the world when you hear about the history of this institute you feel how important is giving for the coming generations coz in 1947 a generous man gave all human kind a gift without waiting for anything in return , thank you Mr. Thomas Slick JR for this great donation. All I can say at the end to the managers in this great institute is you guys have a great heritage keep up the great work.
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! I was disrespected, verbally abused, and discriminated. Management and co-workers did not communicate with me and gave me warnings for not completing the tasks they \claimed\ they informed me to do. I attempted to ask for training regarding the tasks of my job, I asked for guidance on how to complete tasks efficiently and asked for help and advice from all of the managers while working there but they all lied and claimed I did not ask for help when I went to upper management and HR. They conducted false accusations about me, wrongfully accused me of doing things I never did nor ever would do, nor had any evidence of me doing anything wrong, and when I requested medical help when I became ill, they denied my request. I HIGHLY EXTREMELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! If I was able to, I would give this place ZERO stars.
We recently closed a Home Equity Loan with SWRCFCU, in their new Loan Program. Wow! The interest rate beats any other institution we checked with, the whole loan is a great loan to have...I am a retired Realtor, so I have worked with literally hundreds of different loans for my clients through the years...and what SWRCFCU is offering is top-notch regarding terms. Plus, Karen Mathias and Mike Aguirre were awesome, and made the process really smooth, they kept us informed, and made us confident that they really cared about our best interests. We highly recommend!
