if people don't want to wait in a very long line then they should print their paper out and fill it out before they arrive there so that when they are the first in line they will be able to give them the paper about their animal so that they can be taken care of right away instead of the person giving you the paper then you have to go all the way in the back of the line and fill it out then go back up then give it to them that's what takes forever..... but if you are prepared then print your paper out first then take it with you when you take your animal to get their surgery so that you're in and out within 30 minutes. They also send the link for you to fill out the paper in your email on the bottom people have to be smart enough just to look at the whole email.. Over all a great experience.

I've taken 3 cats and my dog to get fixed, all different occasions by appointment, and it's always been timely and simple to just drop them off and pick them up. I also already have an appointment for my puppy to be neutered. All the staff have always been polite and sweet and loving to my pets when I've brought them in.
Long wait but it is free/lowcost service. The staff isn't too friendly but they do have a high volume of animals so that may be why. Anyhow, they get the job done and I can't really complain.
" Improving the lives of dogs and cats" ? Seriously ? BEWARE ! These sadistic butchers will TERMINATE the life of your pet. Got their grisly hands on my wife's extremely healthy kitten and promptly executed him. Without so much as even an apology. And then keep the charges for ' body disposal '. If you value your pet, my advice is to avoid this slaughterhouse at all costs.
The one experience said I had with this this facility left me in tears. I took in my cat that I had found 8 months prior and loved... she was my rescue kitten. I took her in for a basic spay and shots . But instead of getting a phone call to pick her up when it was over they told me she had died on the table. they said that it happens to 1 in approximately every 5000 animals ...but I don't understand because I have never ever ever heard of it happening before. when I spoke to them and ask them if I would at least get a refund so that I could bury her they said no. They kept my money but did offer to give me the remains of my cat back after her autopsy . Since then I am afraid to take any other animal in .
Expect a wait during drop off hours due to a limited number of staff. However, the intake process for spay/neuter was simple. I will be returning to this clinic for my pet's vaccinations.
Very good care of the animals and very good service by nice staff and Doctors.
I took my two cats to get fixed. they were fast and knowledgeable. I made an appointment and was seen quickly.
