If I could give 1,000 stars I would. My son completed his first build but was met with an insurmountable obstacle he couldn’t solve. We walked in, he spent much time with us, and diagnosed the problem. Most shops would just take the machine, give you a claim ticket, and tell you they will call in a couple of weeks. Steve was friendly, freely gave his time to us and explained exactly what the issue was. I cannot speak well enough of this shop. Super nice person and super knowledgeable. Well worth the visit and he can rest assured he now has a loyal new customer for life!! Thank you!!!! 1,000 stars.

I bought a 3080 from an online retailer. The fans were not spinning when i installed it. I didnt want to send the card back without knowing 100% it was an issue with the card. Unfortunately, i didnt have another case to troubleshoot the card. I called Steve's Computer Repair and they were able to see me. They had the equipment to help trouble shoot the card. It was an experience to see their workspace and be able to talk shop with fellow PC enthusiasts. Super professional and knowledgeable, highly recommend!

I had been needing to upgrade my computer for quite some time now. It was an intimidating task for me because I'm really not too familiar with how all of this works. A friend of mine recommend I contact Steve. And even though he was a complete stranger, he was extremely helpful! He walked me through the entire process and helped me find exactly what I was needing. I wouldn't have been able to do this without him. He is a great guy, and he runs a great company. I highly recommend contacting him if you need ANYTHING for your computer.

I took my water damaged Macbook Pro to Steve and besides a slight delay in replacement parts, I quickly had a perfectly working Macbook Pro again. Just after I got my Macbook Pro back, I had an issue with my brand new PC build. I spent 2 months getting frustrated trying to troubleshoot and solve the issue on my own. I took it in to Steve's. He recommended a new processor, and within a week, I had my new PC build running with 0 issues! Quick and thorough PC and Mac servicing as well as awesome customer service. I have nothing but good things to say about Steve's Computer Repair!
