I have emailed a few times as well as called and haven't been able to reach anyone. I noticed that people were getting responses from the company on here and thought I would try writing a review. I would just like to know how to make contact so I can ask about the status of my order. I ordered a monitor on April 2nd and haven't received a shipping confirmation email yet. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Placed order for a printer. They emailed saying it is out of stock , and will be 7 days, but then 16 days later still had not received it. They said not to worry, they will cancel the order, but my credit card had not been charged. I check, and they did indeed charge my card. I emailed and called them back with no response for several days. I eventually had to just dispute the charge on my cc, and now it's been a month and I still have no printer but have been billed for it. Update: I tried emailing and calling to resolve, but only after posting review do I get a response accusing me of lying. I have now posted the screenshot of the charge from them on my cc

Ordered mid-November, waited 2 weeks after radio-silence, left three voicemails and still nothing. This is fraud, report filed with the San Antonio PD, the BBB in Texas and the FTC. I'll give them one more week before I contact the FBI. Edit: To respond to the owner, only the invoice email was sent, there was no other email saying the business is closed. Nor did I get a canceled order email, I read all emails as will the FBI when I file the case today. Also, noticed I said fraud and not theft because I was not charged. Presenting an open and active business but then ghosting your customers is fraud, and illegal.

Just had a pleasant experience shopping in TamayaTech this morning. All staff are so pleasant and accommodating. As a new business owner I really appreciate the great bargains and efficient staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out if their way to help during these difficult times.

Worst customer service ever! Ordered a bunch of ink, got an email confirmation. No product, don't hear anything for weeks. Emailed them several times, no response. The only positive thing is, they haven't charged me for it. But I have no idea what the status of my order is.

Ordered an item from Tamayatech on Oct 15th from their website claiming it to be in stock. Checked on order status via email and no responses. Made several calls and no one to answer my calls. After 3 weeks I emailed them to cancel my order which i got a response that I my order has been removed from backorder and cancelled. I understand that the part I am looking for is in high demand and in low stock from a lot of places. However, I expect any reputable company to have better customer service and communication and be honest when they do not have parts in stock. In Response to the owner. The 1 star rating is for the lack of transparency of your physical inventory and time it takes to get a response. No communication when asked about order status, yet very quick to respond to a 1 star rating.

Worst Costumer service I've ever experienced. I bought from their website a 16gb M2 memory card, Their notification email said that they would shortly send me an email with tracking number. It's been a week and neither the parcel, nor the tracking has been received. I decided to call today, They never answer, they send me to voicemail. I have the impression I was ripped off.

I have had very good experiences with TamayaTech. They usually have in stock what I need. I ordered a keyboard from their website but I didn't end up liking it. Returned it without any issues!
