From this Tesla owner: DO NOT BUY A TESLA!!! Teslas are beautiful cars that drive great with lots of awesome features BUT the listed EPA range is a complete LIE. I’ve owned my Tesla model 3 for one year. The listed range is 263 miles on a 100% battery charge. I only get 170 miles at most on a full charge with normal driving habits and driving the speed limit. Tesla refuses to take the car back and accepts NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LYING TO ITS CUSTOMERS. They are all very nice but full of techy excuses. Therefore there are multiple class action lawsuits against Tesla. I will be suing them as well.

I'm going to start off by saying that I am not giving negative feedback on my car (Tesla Model 3) since I am very happy with it, but I will talk directly about Tesla Dominion and it's staff. The process of buying a Tesla is very tedious. The staff, specifically my advisor, failed to tell me about their services and how advisors function at a Tesla dealership. For those of you who don't know, as far as Tesla (California) has informed me, staff at Tesla dealerships DO NOT have a license to sell, therefore, you, the buyer, will have to process everything from trading your car in, whether it be with a third party or Tesla, to registering your car with the state. The advisor I was working with failed to tell me about the process of registering a Tesla in Texas. Tesla uses a third party title company called "The Title Girl" in which you pay a 250 service fee for them to process the registration after you fill all the forms yourself. Mind you, my advisor never told me this and did not tell me I could have gone to the tax office and gotten this done within a day instead of waiting to mail in the documents and process money through a middle man I have never heard of before (TTG). If you do decide to purchase a Tesla (which I highly recommend, great car) make sure you go in informed about how Tesla advisors work with the public and make sure to ask the right questions. A normal dealership will process all the paperwork for you, but remember you will be doing all the sales agent work yourself if you buy a Tesla, depending on the state you live in and what kind of purchase it is. This is still no excuse for staff to leave out so much important information. I am very disappointed in Tesla Dominion. This could have been a much smoother and faster purchase if my advisor would have taken more time to inform me on the process of purchasing a Tesla. Get Elon on the phone.

This is not a dealership, its a show room! Have you ever wanted to look at or drive a Tesla? JUST GO! There are no salespeople here, you can’t buy one here, can’t discuss price. Just a place to test drive, experience, and service your Tesla. The staff is great, service department is top notch! You HAVE to go drive one!

What a cluster f..k. People trying to pick up their cars which are not ready. But in their defense, Teslas are selling like hot cakes. Why heck, my wife won't let me drive HER Tesla except may once a week.. I'm stuck with the 500L, Tiguan, and Wrangler...Oh well...

I should have read the Tesla service reviews online, they are exactly as bad as indicated by the Tesla community. I will never buy another Tesla car or product. Their service team is rude and unprofessional. Tesla doesn’t even provide warranty support on the devices you buy from them. Tesla’s move to Texas will be met with less than expected sales volume if this is the “Musk” customer service plan! Elon, learn more about what your SA people aren’t doing post sale.....great products go away over time when you don’t value your customers.
