I went in on a Wednesday to order an Elfa shelf system for a guest closet. They were helpful and efficient, the design process and the end result was good. One of the managers was helping me and asks \when would you like to pick it up?\ Saturday, I reply. He looks at the computer to see times available and asked me if 11:15 a.m. is fine, I confirmed yes that would be fine. He then proceeds to tell me that they have a lot of orders being processed and sets the expectation that I need to be there at 11:15 a.m. because of the orders they are processing. His tone of voice and implied meaning was please be here on time because we are a well-oiled machine and when you show up we're going to load everything up in your vehicle and off you'll go. So three days later I show up on time and wait 45 minutes you get my merchandise. I called when I arrived only to be told I'm sorry we need another 20 minutes but in reality was another 45 minutes. They are not a well oiled machine, lots of kinks in the process and call ahead because chances are they are running behind.

This is my wife's review. There is store wide sale going on at this time. And my wife wanted a door wired mesh spice rack. Some of the spice containers were not labeled with its location in store and price. My wife asked sales associate where they were located, and because she could not find them, told my wife that the store didnt sell them!!. Hilarious. I had a better experience with another sales associate when I asked him about a Kohler 13 gal. Step Trash Can that was also on sale. The gentlemen found out the item wont be avaialable until August 11. So we ordered it. Two different type of sales environments at the store, but ultimately, we spent over 480 because we needed various items to organize our home. Clean store, Social Distancing enforced, and must wear a mask. My wife wanted to rate a two, I rated a three. Usually ingrate a four unless the store goes over the top to service.

TCS has everything you didn't know you needed or must have! The staff is more than willing to help and always with a smile. Depending on what your looking for the prices can range from low to high but know that you are buying a well made quality product. Join their POPS program and you'll get your monthly coupon plus a little something extra on your birthday! Their gift wrapping area is more than just paper and bows and closet organization is more more than hangers and shelves.

I love this place but my wallet not so much! If you are looking for specific items for your house this is the place! We redid our closet with Elfa and I love it! Especially because it is easy to change it up!

Lots of great products, fun to browse through the store and get ideas. Decent prices, especially if on sale. Location is reasonable to find and plenty of parking. Staff were friendly but not easy to find around the store if you need assistance, but you can usually find someone up front to ask for help.
