We purchased a home here in San Antonio and the previous owners cut the water softener lines and took the water softener system with them. You can imagine our displeasure! To make matters worse, when the water main was turned on water started flooding the garage. Water pouring out of the lines they had simply cut and left. This water softener had hoses coming through the garage wall, into the attic and out of the attic. There was a mess of plastic hoses, we could not figure out what what all these hoses were for. I called Kyle at the Water Man and he came out the next day. Within seconds he knew exactly what had happened and where the hoses were going. Kyle had the crew come remove and repair hoses. In short, we had water flowing to the house again. Many tanks to Kyle and the Water Man crew!!!

I've had my system installed for 2 years. When the system was installed, the installation was so terrible the owner of the company came out to apologize. The tech played the blame game, saying the other tech messed up the install. After the system was \completely installed\, we started having water pressure issues. Come to find out, the system had pushed charcoal into my homes pipes. This cause blockages all over my home. The bathroom sinks, the kitchen sink, toilets and shower heads. The owner compensated us by installing a new faucet in our kitchen, which leaked after install, and a 75 gift card for dinner. The system consistently \flushes\, causing a large wet/mud spot on the side of my house. The power cord used to power my unit was made from a cut extension cord. Dry wall in my garage was cut and covered with metal grates. The system now rattles our homes pipes. I would avoid this company, unless you want a bad product and install that is sub standard.

Tye came you our house late one afternoon after being recommended for the superior product and service. He explained what they do and how everything works and what we would see for the final product. We just bought a new house and it did not come with a water softener. Tye explained that his product can not only soften the water, but it can be a water treatment system. He went into to say that this system will save us money in the long run because the water will not destroy the appliances with the build up of calcium and other minerals that are in the city water. He showed us the options, we chose and paid for it. It was about 4:30 in the afternoon. I asked if they could install it now. He got on the phone with the installers and our system was installed by 7:00pm same day. Had a couple of very minor issues with the water line to the refrigerator. They were quick to respond and we haven’t had a problem after that. Customer service called to check on us to make sure everything was as it was supposed to be. I couldn’t be happier as a result and would proudly recommend both the company and the product. Thank you Water Man.

Fred, repaired my softener about 10 years ago and it has functioned great until last month. The bad news is my system is 20 years old but the good news is could be rebuilt. Fred and his crew did a great job, workmanship was outstanding, they were all very courteous and then did a follow up visit to make sure all was working well. I highly recommend Fred and the crew at Water Man.
