Customer service is awful. Went in to purchase a shoe cleaner for my daughter asked the male worker what would work best. His response was they're all the same. They all clean shoes. Clearly there were different types for different shoes. But he cared more about answering his phone. I'm not too familiar with their care so I was looking for some advice. Never returning to this store. Much rather go to North Star Mall

Chilled atmosphere and very organized store front. My wife and I walked into the Vans store looking to buy our little boy a new pair of Van slip ons. Our sales associate Drea was very chill and relaxed. She showed us a several different shoe sizes and styles. Excellent customer service. Military discount available.
