I order shirts from San Bay Studio a few times a year for the Knights of Columbus. They always do great work. We have several styles of shirt and logo on file with them so I can just shoot them an email with size info and they crank them out just fine. In fact I have an order I need to pick up from them today.
Their sizing is way off.
The people who work here are friendly and very helpful. And most importantly, they stand behind their work. My order looked great, but was missing a certain punctuation mark. A simple mistake that is bound to happen sometime or another. Not only did they promptly fix the issue, they also replaced the clothing I brought in since that certain repair could not be performed without damaging the clothing. That's outstanding service!!! They didn't hassle me or try to rationalize. They just fixed everything and made it all a very pleasant experience. I will always use San Bay for any other work and highly recommend them to anyone else.
