I was on my way to game stop and thought about calling ahead since I was 30 minutes away from location. The phone just rang and rang until the last two attempts, then the line was busy as if the phone was off the hook. As I arrived the store was empty, only saw one female employee that seemed like it was her second day there on the job! She claims there was a rush of customers and wasn't able to answer the phone. Place is understaffed, lack of customer experience and multitasking. Not hard to pick up and place customer on hold. Definitely will not visit that location again!
