We have been parking our travel trailer here for over 5 years and for the past 2 they are not maintaining the yard. Grass is way over grown and that attracts rodents. We have notified site manager and she says corporate office does not want to spend on lawn maintenance. We have cancelled and removed our unit. Alma is great and this is out of her hands.

When is the entry gate at San Benito Tx going to be repaired? Its been wide open for months now. This is a breach of contract. You stated this gate would be closed all the time, with a coded entry. Anyone can come and go as they please, and we both know that cameras are only a deterrent. Please let us know what you intentions/plans are. If we should seek elsewhere, and if we are in the order of some type of compensation for this breach! Ive been a customer since 12/2017.... just concerned, Thank You. (Fenced & Gated)
I love this place I've had this storage service for 8 or 9 years and never have had any problems at all. Prices are fair and very good compared to other storages. And the manager Alma has been there for almost the same years since I got my storage unit and she is a very nice person and easy to work with and understanding. Thank you Alma and Great Value Storage.....

I'D HAVE TO SAY THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST STORAGE PLACES I'VE EVER RENTED AT. MANAGEMENT IS GREAT EASY TO TALK TO AND HANDLED MY SITUATION IN THE TIME I NEEDED THE HELP. IHAVE ONE OF THE BIGGER STORAGE 20X20 AND SURPRISINGLY AS HOT AS THIS WEATHER IS MY UNIT IS PERFECT CAUSE OF THE LITTLE BREEZE THANKS TO THE GARAGE DOOR STYLE.
