I highly dislike this location! It's true that some of the workers there are rude, but there are other workers who know what they are doing and good at their job. I do agree on the fact that they need more training in regards to being professional, courteous, and sensitive to people's needs as every single person's case is different. BUT... bear in mind that there is a way to remind them that they're human, we're human, and that they are in a position to help people. And that is all there is to it.

I’ve been there a few times to turn in paperwork & they have always been helpful. I’m usually in & out of the office with in 30-45 minutes. No complaints.

I have never witnessed such terrible service before. The people sitting at reception right when you walk in are so rude! They don't even look at you when you ask a question. It's difficult to find out where to go, what to do. They expect you to know when you've never been there before, and give you attitude when you ask. I got the only employee that was helpful and spoke to me nicely. While speaking to him I overheard the worker next to us ask for an application from the person she was supposed to be helping. After being handed the wrong form she said \No! YOUR APPLICATION\. The woman didn't say anything about how she was being treated, but even I was offended and felt bad afterwards. I overheard most of the workers speak rudely to people there today. Another was the lady at the reception desk. She gave another woman attitude because she missed her number being called out. Every person I heard her talk to was in a demeaning manner. If these people can't work well with others, why are they working in an office where they deal with people daily?!
