Sky park was great and easy to use. We reserved a spot online, when you show up you leave your keys in the car and they valet the car for you. The shuttle is ten minutes from the airport and what's great is when you land, call them so they know to pick you up and they bring your car right to you! Reasonably priced and definitely will use them again next time I need long term parking.

We bring in our car, get our free donuts, get transported efficiently to and from the airport and retrieve our car, all without any issues. Did I mention the free donuts in the morning which for those of us arriving very early is a real bonus. (In fact, we once arrived home from Asia so early that we were on the bus delivering the donuts to the SkyPark facility. Now that was a doubly delicious bonus! Seriously, we've been using SkyPark for over 20 years. If it wasn't great, we'd have gone elsewhere, long ago.
Absolutely under NO circumstances should you trust your vehicle with this company. I wish I had read the reviews prior to using SkyPark. Anyone who has left a good review happen to be lucky. My experience was horrible. I dropped my car off, and when I picked it up, there was substantial damage to not only one, but BOTH sides of the front of my vehicle. Inexcusable. The car should have been moved only from point A to point B, how could this much damage ensue in a "professional" valet parking garage?
Both lights were stolen from my bike while parked at their “secure” parking. They reimbursed me 50 which was reasonable.
At first it seemed kind of shady, but as you drive up to the assistant parking where you drop off your vehicle, the employees are very polite and helpful. You'll be treated kindly (or at least we were) and directed as to how you'll proceed from there! Good job to the company, and rest assured, your vehicle is safe.
Perfect. Valet drive up. Get on the clean comfortable shuttle. Get to airport in few minutes. Use app when arriving back home. Shuttle arrives in few minutes. Car ready when shuttle arrives back at SkyPark lot. One experience. Maybe just lucky, but this was perfect. Driver, valet, cashier all very pleasant.
Drop off at airport was quick and pickup even faster. By chance didn't even have to call for pickup. Just as we arrived at pickup point and I was preparing to call the van arrived. And the car was ready when we got back, nicely washed as requested.
Great parking experience at SFO! The employees are courteous and being able to schedule your stay via their app is a nice feature! I especially like being able to have my car washed and clean for my return.
