The park offers a very fancy basketball court near the Outlets at San Clemente and has a light that basketball users can use if they would like to play basketball at night there is light system that lights up basketball court at night. It's outdoor too which helps a lot.

Plenty of parking. Nice and clean park. My 2 year daughter didn't enjoy the playground as much, as the jungle gym was aim towards 5 yr old. There were no swings :( I will be coming back when she gets older. Good area to stretch the legs on your long commute to SD

Nice sports park. Fun playground. Great synthetic field. Decent picnic areas. Decent parking. Really busy on Saturday mornings for soccer and other sporting events. The large grass sports fields are sloped and have randoms rocks that keep popping out of the grass. The grass tends to be a bit thin and can get really muddy when if there's rain or heavy dew. It would be great if the grass fields could be redone so they are more level. Obviously it would be a big cost for the city. But it would be worth it.

It's a bit limited as far as features. With it being by the beach, I expected there to be a skate park included. My experience was okay.
