They're vultures. They have little to no edge on the job market. They get the jobs that nobody else wants and then try to upsell it like it's some big career move for you. And then during the slower days they call and harass people that are in their system with all kinds of personal questions leading you on like there might be a job but it's just another marketing tactic they're taught. All the Aerotek's do this. It's how they think they can compete. Do yourself a favor. Bypass these post college graduates with little to no real world job experience and find that job yourself.

AEROTEK is a great company but in San Diego they won't follow up with emails or calls . And when you try to call the avoid you even if you go to the office thell lie and the lady at the desk will say there gone at lunch. Just glad that others had this same experience as me and I wasn't the only one because im sitting in my car thinking about driving off the bridge just thinking not only does my family avoid me but so does Aerotek. I just lost everything but my car and the cloths on my back couldn't find any work on time. I just feel so let down nd these folks will never know what I have to go thru everyday just spending my last to get to Aerotek or to even get my family back hey I may get something thru Aerotek but they never call back so I'm a liar I just can't get out this hole
It's Ok Aeroteck found floor 3 in a Building They ask you fill out a Application Recruiter Talks to you They Ask few question takes less then 1hr The waite is probably longer After they call your name & Greet you then you exchange Info with Recruter They then Ask you to email your resume to them All Done... * Important to know * If you lose Contact info front desk can give it to you . Front desk always replys in friendly manner & do grate Job . As for the recruiter they never return Calls even if you left a voice massage with Name & Number . They also never reply back to emails to let you know they recived it That was My Exsperiance visiting Aeroteck for first time & hope it help you deside if Aeroteck for you
Great agency, they found me a job in 3 weeks. They also had interviews set up within the first week. I recommend Aerotek to those that are looking for temp to hire jobs.
