Our experience was great. We made a trip to San Diego for my girlfriend's birthday. The specific color and make of the convertible that she wanted was not available at the time. The manager saw her birthday mask and went to a few other car rental agencies to ensure that my girlfriend got what she wanted for her special day and trip. I wish I had gotten the manager's name and the other worker that assisted. They went above and beyond. Our entire trip was fantastic and it started with the great help we got at Alamo at San Diego International Airport.

Well it’s clean and they have cars. 5 convenient self check kiosks that do not work. One agent to check out cars for everyone, so it’s a nice 45 minute wait in line...
