NOTE: SEE UPDATE AT THE END Dealer’s Gary Briggs got back to me very quickly and was a pleasure to chat with. He was quite informed about the car and I certainly felt appreciated and taken care of. Unfortunately, without my asking, the GM of dealership got involved and things went down the drain from there. The GM appears to be quite young and inexperienced so he failed to value my interest in the car as a collector and did not attempt to figure out a way to close the gap of their asking versus my offered purchase price. While I liked Gary very much (hence the reason I am giving the dealership 2 stars vs 1) and the car was certainly interesting to me the pursue, the GM (James Cox) let me down with his unprofessionalism and lack of etiquette. I will not recommend this establishment and will not be doing business with them. UPDATE (2-11-2021): I was contacted by the VP of First Auto Group which owns Aston Martin of San Diego. He was apologetic about the lack of communication (or the miscommunication from AM of San Diego) and committed to investigate the conduct of the team there at AM of San Diego to hopefully initiate improvements. Although our conversation does not change the fact that my business was mishandled, it does however show that the corporate team cares enough about the incident to look into the matter, hoping to avoid future mishaps. As such, I am moving the star rating from 2 to 4, given my conversation with the VP and the fact that the GM (James Cox) appears to be the problem and not the corporation that owns the dealership.
Great service, great cars, great events. James Cox is the best! Gary too. I have gone to few events recently and they were very enjoyable. Obviously you should get your Aston at Aston Martin San Diego! Any problem you encounter will be handled. I find it hard to believe that the dealership would NOT address a problem as mentioned in another review. And I can say that from experience because I have purchased three Aston's from Aston of SD and would never think of going anywhere else!
I will be driving to LA for my future Aston Martin Services. We had a discretion on a couple bill items and the Vice President wouldn’t even discuss with directly. A quality leader should be able to handle a conversation on his own.

Recent service on my Vantage was handled very professionally; new management seems very committed to service levels that an Aston owner should expect.
The sales staff is friendly and very informative.
