A delight! Over a decade, Big Box has always been faster than they say and probably paying salaries to ensure they are The Best. "Exceeding Expectations" are Big Buzzwords today-- four of five: 'B' grade. Achieving that and more means one-time 'customers' become 'lifelong clients' because of TRUST. I had to find a way to separate and return my ex's possessions to him without having to see him and all that drama. I didn't have any help from friends or family so I had to find a way to fix this problem myself. Big box offered that solution at a reasonable rate (for the convenience). I scheduled an appointment over the phone, committed to a 1 month or less reservation, and within 2 hours I was loading all of said exes items into a Big Box storage unit at their facility in Miramar. I allowed my ex access on my account so he could come by himself and retrieve his items at his convenience (he had the option for delivery locally as well if he wanted). After he emptied out the Big Box that was it. Done! I'm lucky I was able to use Big Box unconventionally in order to solve a big problem I had. Thanks Big Box!

We had a difficult situation involving the personal property of a third party and BigBox was very understanding as we navigated this sensitive situation. In particular, I would like to thank Cory for consistently returning my calls and emails, swiftly changing pick up dates/location last minute and finally, helping us transition the property back to its owner. The company is ran well and has reasonable pricing. Their drivers were on time for all scheduled drop offs.
They have always been cooperative & nice every time I've been there.
Big Box Storage was excellent from start to finish. The price is right and the service was excellent. Will definitely use them again!
