Best costume shop in SD! You can rent or buy costumes. So many accessories to chose from like wigs, weapons, masquerade masks, make up, prosthetic, armor, gloves, shoes, hats, masks(presidents, scary, latex, alien,animal,movie), animal ears &tails . SO MUCH STUFF. The rentals are nicer legit costumes like stuff you would see in a play. They have a clearance rack of costume partials too. I am plus size and they had a plus size section of costumes to buy too so it made browsing easy. Would def be back!!!

Gone downhill, used to be the best in town. Moved locations and became regular. That being said great staff and I did end up buying something. So maybe not that bad but if you remember them before you would know... times a change
I have been coming here for years and it saddens me to hear they are going out of business. I purchased a new western costume and was not disappointed with the service I received. I will definitely be waiting for the final sales.

This place is tucked in in Kearny Mesa and they will have any kind costume that you can imagine with all the accessories needed for it, you can rent to use for just 1 day (let's be honest, you don't wanna repeat the same cost me next year) just remember to bring it back the next day or you will be charged nicely!
The prices are kind of high but they have the best selection of high-quality costumes and makeup kits! I use a lot of the makeup kits for cosplay. I love that it's closer to me now.
Every adult costume you could ever want and then some! Not a place for infant and children selection as options are limited in these areas. But fantastic for adult costumes you dont normally see at the Halloween pop up stores.
If you're in San Diego and you need a costume - this is where you go. They have a huge selection of costumes and several options of each to make finding that perfect costume a breeze. Buying a costume is always an option, but most people take advantage of the rentals, and Buffalo Breath makes the process really easy. Easter, Christmas, Halloween, theme parties... Buffalo always comes through.
