My first virtual auction! Their website was easy to navigate and understand the process. Upon learning I'd won, their follow up was thorough and easy. When I picked up my item, the girl was cheerful and very helpful. I love the use of technology and the ability to bid at home. Great customer service and I will be scouting their auctions again!

Cal Actions is so organized. I was part of a company who was liquidating and witnessed Cal Auctions staff making the entire process easy on the owner who was closing down her business. I was also a buyer and had fun in the auction site. It was well presented, photos were true to life. Pick up was a breeze. All my treasures were ready for me to pick up and a nice Cal Auction guy put heavy item in my trunk.
