We have used Culligan San Diego for over 10 years. We rented a softener for 4 years and then purchased a system when we bought our home. We have always had great service! They are friendly and helpful on the phone and quickly send a repair guy when needed (and we’ve only needed a repairman 1 time in 6.5 years of owning our system). I definitely recommend Culligan of San Diego!

I experienced the worst customer service today, following my sign up of Culligan services (with another salesman who was very polite). Greg told me it was his job to deal with \you people\ after yelling, snatching my water bottle and smacking my hand(that i just received stitches in a few days ago). When i yelled back in shock after his actions I was told I was wrong, and that I shouldn't cancel my subscription even though his actions and words were clearly racially driven. Now not only am I emotionally distraught my 8 year old child stood near by and witnessed this nonsense and is clearly hurt by this as well Culligan is not a company I would ever recommend to any one. I reached out to the company shortly after and was assured my subscription would be canceled. Too bad you can't take back the embarrassment felt in front of the hundreds of visitors at the San diego county fair who witnessed this at the Culligan stand. Had I known I would have been persecuted based on my race at the fair, I would have taken my family elsewhere
Response to Michelle: Thanks for your concern Michelle. Unfortunately, you are one of the people I was referring to. And my understanding is there is more than one Michelle in your office, which is fine, but I know I have spoken to you directly about my past complaints and so has my boss, after my conversation with you got me nowhere. I stand with my initial review. To be honest, this company is not my favorite. I learned very quickly some of the staff like to argue with the customer (me) and don't care much for client relationships. Thank goodness for Trina. She takes such good care of our needs and she's always a delight to work with. If it wasn't for her, I would have switched vendors a long time ago. Thank you Trina, and shout out to John the sales rep also, for caring about your customers and making our needs a priority.
We find Culligan to be a great investment in our family’s health. We love the reverse osmosis drinking water as well as the whole house water softener system. Anytime we call every single customer service representative is extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
Easy peasy 1 2 3! From beginning to now it’s been a cake walk. Our Rep handled everything. Our Rep and his team has ensured my elderly mom receives her delivery on time and always brings to front door; she lives upstairs. Thank you San Diego Culligan Water TEAM - 110% from mom and myself!!
