I love coming here to shop! The owner is amazing and super knowledgeable! He helped my sister find the perfect pair of shoes and so I wanted to buy mine front there as well. He helped me pick out two new pair of shoes, one for long distance and one for speed! I love them! My husband ended up buying a pair as well! If you want the best customer service, shop here!

Although I have always loved fleet feet from my first visit in the Loveland store in Ohio, I was blown away by the patience and enthusiasm shown by Jenny when she helped my son get fitted for shoes. He has the widest little feet and she didn't stop trying options until she found the perfect pair. He can now run!!! I'm so happy!!! THANK YOU!!!!
GREAT customer service from phone to actual Store. Military discount, and quality products. Got Brooks running shoes, they do shoe footings to see what's best for you. drove all the way from Chula Vista, worth it!!
Highly recommend setting up an appointment to get a shoe fitting. It really helps show you what you need in a shoe. Owner did my fitting and I felt he listened to my needs. All the staff there are knowledgeable and nice! I also love that they practice Covid safety guidelines. Made me feel more comfortable shopping in person.
