Flooring Creations was a dream to work with! After we were disappointed with the experience we had at some big box stores, we decided to try Flooring Creations. From the moment we walked into the store we knew it was going to be a great experience. Stephanie was a great help in picking out the best product for our space and she even let us bring the large showroom samples home. Shortly after our visit to the store, Gus came to our house to consult with us on product selection and to measure our space. Gus recommended a fantastic installer and we are so happy with the outcome! The whole process (product selection to installation) only took 3 weeks, which is amazing considering other stores told us it would be months until we would get the floor installed.

We had Gus and his team do our downstairs tile (which we love) and when we wanted to remodel our bathroom, they were the first people we went to. When we went to pick out the tile, they were full of ideas and options and guided us through the whole process. Their prices are excellent and customer service is the best. The execution of the work is beyond professional and efficient. We love the fact that they are truly a family owned/family centric business. We plan to use them again to do out kitchen. If you need any flooring or tile done in your home, this is the company to hire,100%.

5 stars for Flooring Creations! I shopped around several local flooring stores from the small shops to the big box wholesale places. They ranged from used car style sales to pretentious designer sales. It was pretty overwhelming with so many options out there. Once I walked into Flooring Creations I knew It was the place. Gus Sr took the time to explain the many options and price points. He has extensive knowledge on every type of flooring on the market. I thought I knew what I was looking for but with Gus’s advice on material, color and price I ended up with something totally different and it is the the perfect flooring. I highly recommend this family run operation if you are feeling overwhelmed with choosing a floor.

Went out lamp shopping at lamps plus and saw Flooring Creations across the street. Gus was extremely helpful from the first minute. He did not try to sell us anything, but rather looked to understand what we were looking for and showed us things he had that might work. He gave us the sample to take home to see if we liked it and a rough estimate of what it would cost. When we decided on the flooring we liked he came to the house to do precise measurements and the quote was almost exactly the same. I highly recommend Flooring Creations and Gus if you are looking for carpet, tile, laminate, or wood flooring. We are SO happy with our new floors.
