Graduated! I highly recommend this class for those looking to be knowledgeable bartenders! The owner Nino is very skilled and is adamant in that his students learn none less than what’s important and essential to becoming a proficient bartender. I love the commitment and expertise that was provided by the instructors. And now, I’m really looking forward to getting out there and putting my newly acquired skills to the test. Thanks Nino!

Nino and Eric exhibits extensive knowledge in the business. They prepare you with bartending 101 alongside the ins and outs of the hospitality industry. Very fun atmosphere with great teachers! I learned a lot and do not regret anything.
Just graduated from this school and it was excellent. Nino, the owner, really goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need to jump straight into bartending. This really is a 5 star school. In fact, I was looking through the reviews and I noticed every single review was either 5 star or 1 star, no 2,3, or 4. Out of the pitiful few 1 star reviews none of those reviewers actually attended the school. That should speak for itself, every student who reviewed this school absolutely loved it, and I'm sure you will too.
Nino is the absolute best! The hand-ons experience at GBS is everything I could've asked for and more. Besides simply learning how to make the drinks and memorize recipes, Nino goes beyond by teaching you all the secret tips and tricks to excelling and succeeding in the industry. He is very passionate about making sure each of his students are successful. His classes are unique compared to others that I researched because he offers a job workshop, POS training (which is crucial to know before applying to places with no experience) and at least 2 hands-on opportunities working in a real bar setting. I even got offered a job on the spot at the bar we worked at! Thanks Nino!!
Great program! Nino, Eric, and team put a lot of work into creating their curriculum and it shows in the success of their students. I took their course over the summer and within a few weeks started working as a bartender in downtown San Diego. Didn't think transitioning from a completely different line of work could go so smoothly but with their help it did. Thanks guys and keep up the great work!
