Was in san Diego working, and came across this place hidden in between your usual food in a plaza. I got the gyro and fries. And it was good. The lamb was soft and that sauce went great along with it.

The gyro was delicious! Good size-a lot of meat. The Tzaziki sauce had fresh herbs and the rice was very flavorful. Overall really great food and a great price.
I've ate here a handful of times now and the food is great. I do have to say I was disappointed today watching the cashier make my salad. She finished helping a customer with their order, didn't wash her hands and immediately went to making my salad by hand (no spoons, tongs, etc). After handling the lettuce and adding the tomatoes and cucumbers she grabbed the feta cheese broke it up by hand and sprinkled it on my salad. After doing so she wiped her hands on her shirt and moved onto the spices (again sprinkled by hands that were just wiped on her shirt). Covid or not, this isn't sanitary. The salad looked delicious but went right into the trash.
