I ordered a pair of dive boots. I used the size chart available on the website. They arrived and the fit is poor. The right fits very snug, left side is loose, both boots are a half size too large. There is no support inside the boot, so it feels very hard just waking around inside in them. The Aqua lung boots seemed to be more comfy comparatively. I am disappointed with my purchase, because of the poor fit and I paid shipping. House of Scuba will not work with me on getting the right boots by paying for shipping on the replacement pair. I wanted to support a local business but I should have just went Amazon.

I've been here twice. I had great service both times tbh. I don't always look like I can afford much, especially with this hobby, but when I do roll in the staff has always been more than helpfull! Photos for attention (they are my photos)
Great shop. I am not local, but called in hopes of getting a replacement strap for a my son's mask. Cody was extremely helpful, and pleasant. They had a strap that would fit and worked to send it to me quickly. Rarely am I impressed with customer service these days, but this interaction was really excellent. I may never need additional scuba equipment, and this shop is across the US from me, but I will certainly place orders here in the future if needed. Highly reccomend if you want a real person, who really cares, and a quality product (at a great price).
I am so grateful to this company for having so much to choose from for all budgets! And then on top of that the staff was soooo helpful and I dealt with Cody specifically....about my online order which is not his department....hes in floor sales... But he reassured me everything was handled! And it was...I will be back and recommend others!!
San Diego's best dive shop.. built on reputation, excellent service and great retail experience. You will find scuba and snorkel rental and gear at the best prices in greater San Diego area. 10/10 would recommend... i rent scuba gear here all the time and have brought many friends. Never had any bad experience
Super friendly staff and crazy helpful! Their rental prices are great, high quality gear, and the staff is very knowledgeable and able to assist with choosing the right equipment, and willing to go the extra mile to get you what you need. I have made this my go-to shop in San Diego and have never been disappointed. Ask for Hannah or Rex!
Purchased a mask with "free shipping". Had to return the mask because it didn't fit properly and purchased another with "free shipping". Mind you, I had to pay the return shipment. I was only refunded a partial amount because I was told they had to recover the initial (free) shipping fee for the first mask plus restocking fee, even though I then purchased a proper fitting mask from them. Terrible way to do business. If it weren't for the fact that customer "service" was timely, I would've only given them 1 star.
