It is extremely difficult to find a lab that can provide consistent, repeatable results with their testing due to poor quality control standards. I thought that I had found a good solution with Infinite Cal out of San Diego, but their prices are high and customer service is terrible at best. They recently charged me 50 to redact my company name from a lab report that was to be used for a white-label customer. When I requested that the fee be waived, Dominique told me that I would have to spend 50,000 a month like their big customers in order for him to waive the fee. After informing Cameron by email that I felt disrespected by one of his team members, he told me that I misunderstood what Dominic was saying, placing the blame on me. I got the memo, Infinite Cal doesn’t care about me or my business because the multiple samples that I send per week aren’t enough revenue for them to care about me as a customer. Needless to say, I’m switching to a different lab testing company who values my business.

Infinite Chemical first and foremost is the definition of professional. The staff has excellent communication and are always willing to work with your schedule. We have been working with Infinite for over a year now and we have not had a issue yet. This lab and there staff does truly care about your products. They provide knowledge that far surpasses most labs in this industry and are willing to share there knowledge with you. We have had our fair share of questions in regards to R&D, what tests to set as an S.O.P, all the way to compliance and they have happily answered them all without skipping a beat. This lab was also showcased in L.A. Times with the headline reading \ Holding Marijuana to the highest standard.\ This is truly what this lab is about. Over the year plus we have been working with them, we have seen them set this standard and are continuously raising the standard. We highly recommend this lab to anyone who is already part of or breaking into the industry because they are truly worth every penny.
